Oswald Li


Oswald is a dedicated yoga practitioner who maintains daily practice both on and off the yoga mat.

His practice started from Hatha yoga, and also practiced Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Ariel yoga, and finally he decided to practice Ashtanga yoga as his daily practice.

For several years he has studied with talented teachers, including Dylan Bernstein (KPJAYI authorized level 1 teacher) and Nigel Marshall (KPJAYI authorized level 2 teacher), and keep on exploring the deeper aspect of the practice as well as the tradition.

After years of practice, he decided to further his study of Ashtanga yoga, so that he traveled to Mysore, India to study with R.Sharath Jois at K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI) as below.

- December, 2017 - Janurary, 2018


He believes yoga is not only concerned with physical practice but is also inclusive of spiritual practice and the continued study of yoga.

‘Hong Kong is a city never sleep and it seems very hard to find the stillness under the stressful atmosphere, and living a fast pace & busy life. That is why we need yoga here.’ 

Oswald hopes to become part of the Hong Kong yoga community, and inspire people to take up their yogic journey.
