Catherine is experienced in teaching yoga, including Yoga Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Stretch, Restorative Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga, Chair Yoga, Wheel Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. She also teaches Aerial Yoga, Aerial Stretch, Aerial Dance and Aerial Hoop classes.
Fun and safety are both important in Catherine's classes. Catherine is keen on learning and keeps improving her teaching by incorporating the latest Yoga and Sports Science knowledge in her classes. She loves to interact with students and to learn from them.
