RYT Yoga Teacher Foundation Training Course



Not sure if your yoga practice is correct or not? How we can benefit from the posture? Why we feel pain during or after practice?

Yoga is science, posture named Asana, is the philosophy of life.

This foundation course is designed for people who do not know whether they are suitable for RYT 200, or those who want to gain an initial understanding of the RYT 200 course.

It is also suitable for people who are new to yoga, and would like understand the science and behavior of yoga.

Course Signature 

After the course is completed, the RYT 200 or Aerial Yoga TT practice hours and part of tuition fees can be deducted directly.

Students who completed the Foundation Training Course can apply Anatomy Train® in Motion and/or 4D PRO® Bungee Fitness Teacher Training course.

Course contents include yoga history, meditation, pranayama and basic human anatomy.

Experience pranayama, meditation and apply human anatomy into practice.

Attendance Certificate award when archiving 80 % of attendance rate.

Training Hours can be registered as US Yoga Alliance Continued Education Hours.
